You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Uninex within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will ship you a replacement of the exact item.

Items should be returned in original condition. 20% restocking fee will be charged unless it's defective or wrong item. If returned items are in used, damaged, defective, or materially different condition, restocking fee can be charged up to 50%.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Free return will be provided if the item is damaged, faulty or doesn't match the listing description.
